Renaissance is a lovely little 5yr old bay filly, and is a quality cob type. She is threequarter Irish Draught, quarter thoroughbred currently standing about 14.2hh. She has a very pretty head and no white markings. She is full sister to Ginger Spice who has turned out to be a lovely quality cob see (Who said Cob's can't be bred). She is also half sister to Not Now Kato and Kelston Tihuana currently competing in county shows. Renaissance is probably a little small to be a show cob and too light of bone, however she would make a super WHP if not or even an ideal candidate, with her bloodlines, to breed a cob from. Rene has a small scar on the inside of her nearside hind cannon which is difficult to see. This was a result of being kicked in the leg by a broodmare when she was 3 months old. She has never been lame since that incident. It is hardly noticeable to the naked eye but can be felt if looking for it! There is no obvious blemish. We do not feel this will impinge a career as a show horse at all.
